Dear Chris,

I would like to thank you for the sports massages you have given me on my hamstring and calf muscles. If you remember I came to see you as a result of pain in both of my hamstring muscles whilst running, driving and at times at rest. During your initial investigation, to my concern, you also found that I had severe damage to my calves. You massaged both of my legs and after I left you I went for a gentle jog, and to my utmost surprise I felt that I was running on air.

After your course of treatment I feel that I am running on a different pair of legs. I feel no discomfort and I am thinking about racing once again. You also explained to me the absolute necessity to stretch after exercise as well as prior to exercise.
