Hello, I am Chris Corcoran and welcome to Changing You. As a Personal Fitness Trainer, Sports Massage Therapist and Nutritional Advisor I can offer you personal fitness training, sports massage therapy and nutritional advice in Leeds and West Yorkshire.

Challenge 66

Challenge66 joined Andy McMenemy on the first and last of 66 consecutive ultra marathons (50km). Andy, the son of a former soldier, established a new Guinness World Record for consecutive ultra marathons with no rest days. During Challenge66 Andy ran 66 Ultra Marathons in 66 Days, one from each of the 66 official Cities in the United Kingdom. Chris joined Andy in Leeds and York. Andy was raising money for The Soldiers' Charity.

London Marathon 2011

Chris ran the 2011 London Marathon on Sunday 25th April and completed the race in 3:21:05. As in previous years Chris ran in support of Leukaemia Research. Chris' next marathon will be the Liverpool marathon later this year.

Amsterdam Marathon 2010

Chris ran the 2010 Amsterdam Marathon and completed the race in 3:15:09. Chris' next marathon will be the London marathon next year.

Wilmslow Half Marathon 2010

Chris ran the Wilmslow Half Marathon on 28th March and completed the race in a time of 1:29:57.

BPC British Powerlifting Championships

Chris provided massage for several Powerlifters, including Best Lifter winner and regular client Andy Bolton (pictured becoming the first person to ever deadlift 1,000lbs), at the BPC British Powerlifting Championships which took place on the 4th and 5th July 2009.

Harewood House Ribbon Walk

Chris was on hand to provide post-walk massage for walkers at the first ever Harewood House & West Yorkshire Ribbon Walk which raised over £150,000 for Breast Cancer Care.

Chris ran the Leeds Abbey Dash on 23rd November and completed the race in a time of 39:29.

Great North Run 2008

Chris will be providing massage after the Great North Run on 5th October for St. Gemma's Hospice runners.

Leeds Hyde Park Time Trial

Chris ran the Leeds Hyde Park Time Trial on Saturday 16th August and completed the race in a time of 20:20.

Great Yorkshire Bike Ride 2008

Chris was one of 1,629 people who completed the annual Great Yorkshire Bike Ride in September 2008. The ride begins in Wetherby and ends in Filey, a distance of approximately 70 miles and in doing so raise money for charity. The event has raised more than £1.5m in its history which stretches back to the first race in 1984.

London Marathon 2008 - Massage at the London Marathon Exhibition

For the 5th year Chris will be at the London Marathon Exhibition giving massage to runners at the Reebok stand.

Chris ran the Ackworth Half Marathon on Sunday 16th March and completed the race in a time of 1:33:32.

Phoenix Dance

Chris has begun work with renowned contemporary dance company Phoenix Dance who have operated in Leeds for more than 27 years. Hailed by the Yorkshire Evening Post as "Undoubtedly one of the jewels in the crown of British contemporary dance".

Arthur Cockcroft - People's Degree Winner

Arthur Cockcroft has worked with Leeds City AC for more than 40 years helping thousands of youngsters along the way. After being helped by Chris to overcome injury Arthur has continued to run in addition his coaching and marshalling work in all weathers. He has been awarded a well deserved People's Degree by the Yorkshire Evening Post and the University of Leeds voted for by the people of Leeds.

Tree-Athalon 2007

Chris led the runner's warm-up and ran in the inaugural 'Tree-Athalon' held in Leeds to raise awareness of green issues. The Tree-Athalon is comprised of 3 events: A 5km Run, A Tree Wish and the opportunity to plant a Tree.

Jane Tomlinson's Run For All Leeds 10k 2007

Chris ran in the inaugural Jane Tomlinson Run For All 10k held in Leeds to raise funds for children's charity Sparks. Chris ran alongside David Sutcliffe (dressed as 'Baby George', the Sparks mascot) collecting money for charity.
